The Solution
Why did you choose Strategix over competitive solution offerings?
Strategix was contacted after the previous service provider who implemented Navision made a huge mess of the implementation. That implementation was scrapped and Strategix were asked to re- implement.
Did you encounter any challenges implementing our solution, and how did you surmount them?
The hands-on approach from Strategix were most helpful. Strategix staff was available through the process and communication with them was easy. They were willing to discuss challenges and assist with ideas for solutions.
What did you find most attractive about Strategix and our solution?
Personal attention: one contact person at Strategix who worked as a “project leader”. The experience which comes with the Strategix team is currently the most advantageous and the fact that they are prepared to look for solutions when a challenge arises.
