The company was started in 2000 by Frank McDouall and his business partner, and was initially ran from his garage. A few months later, the majority of the company was bought over by Associated Motor Holdings (AMH), with Frank and his partner holding onto the remaining shares and retaining operating control. Today, the company has grown exponentially and has helped thousands of people to find their dream car.
